Ask and the other hosted tools spend credits. Subscribe for a monthly allowance, buy one-time packs when you need more, or do both.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans.

A plan grants its credits each time a billing period is paid. Upgrade at any time; a downgrade starts with the next period.

One-time

Packs work with or without a plan. Pack credits are spent after the plan's monthly credits.

Billing terms

Prices are in US dollars, VAT added at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, under the Terms of Service.

Do unused credits carry over?: Credits reset each billing period; purchased credits never expire.
What happens when I change plans?: Upgrading charges the price difference for the time left in the current period and adds the plan credit difference in the same proportion. Halfway through a period, Starter to Pro costs about $10 and adds about 12,500 credits. A downgrade starts with the next period.
How do I cancel?: Cancel from the dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?: Payments are not refundable unless you were charged by mistake or the law requires it; see the refund policy.
What does a question cost?: It depends on the model and the work done; every charge appears in the dashboard's usage history.
